Weight loss

We have a weight problem, that has been afflicting for several years.

Being run down doesn't help.

We began with eating healthy with a tossed salad, but the problem was, the high cost, of eating healthy.

So I made a separate account for weight loss, and things began from there.

We discovered a great cook book, because salads in the supermarket were quite expensive, and we could not eat much at that price.
So I made my first tossed salad, at quite a price, costing around $40.

I made my own dressing, and it fed 2, for around a week.

I made my own variations too the dressing.

So I learned how to make gravy, and we enjoy a roast beef dinner, with gravy, tossed salad and mayonnaise.
I did the research, and found the calorie concentration in beef, is quite high per weight, so we have reduced the size of the serve, and I feel lighter this morning already.

So we worked out, it was basically energy intake excess, that was causing the weight problem.
So the plan was, too fast meals, not having much breakfast, and or lunch.
It began to work, as I noticed reduction in the scales.
